Each whetstone is also fired for more than ten hours in TAISUN’s self-owned 18-meter sintering kiln. Compared with standard low-cost production methods, the extended high-temperature firing process improves hardness, density, and structural stability. Different sharpening stages require consistent abrasive precision, from routine maintenance with 1000-grit stones to fine polishing above 8000 grit.
